Ocean Navitas are currently performing site surveys at various locations around the UK's coast to assess wave resource.

Using the specially developed WaveRuler and WaveAnalyser hardware/software, data relating to ocean wave heights, periods (speed) and tidal range is logged and transmitted to our offices via GPRS.

This data is then used, not only to assess sites for suitability, but also in tests on a wave simulator to accurately simulate real-life waves and specify how much electrical energy would have been produced.
